We will have a certified mold specialist come out and do a visual inspection, along with using and inferred camera to see the different temps behind walls. This is too see if there is growth. We then will discuss which test is best for you. We have an air pump machine that collects air in a cap sol. The certified lab then sends a full report breaking it down into exact strains. Lets you Know how many spores per square inch you are breathing.

If you can visually see the mold then we can take a tape test. Which then goes to the certified lab and sends back a report breaking it down in to the specific strains.
